Thank you for enrolling in our educational programs at Global Grades.
We are committed to providing a transparent and fair refund process to ensure a positive learning experience for all our students.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all online and instructor-led courses offered through www.globalgrades.com

By purchasing a course or educational program on our platform, you agree to abide by this Refund Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
2. Cancellation and Refunds – Online Training
For Self-Paced Learning Courses
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the course purchase date.
Refunds will not be approved if:
The participant has accessed more than 15% of the course content.
The participant has downloaded course materials or e-books.
Requests after 7 days of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
For Instructor-Led or Live Online Training
Refund requests must be made within 4 days of purchase.
Refunds will not be granted if:
The participant has attended more than one live session, or
Accessed over 15% of course content or downloaded e-learning materials.
Requests submitted after 7 days will not be entertained.
3. Cancellation and Refunds – Other Programs or Events
Global Grades reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances such as low enrollment, trainer unavailability, or events of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, technical issues, political unrest).
If Global Grades cancels a course or event within 10 days of purchase, the participant will receive a 100% refund of the course fee.
(Note: Any travel, accommodation, or personal expenses will not be reimbursed.)
If a course is postponed or rescheduled, the participant may choose to attend the new batch without extra charges.
If a participant cancels enrollment:
10 days or more before the start date – 10% deduction will be applied, and the balance refunded.
Within 10 days or less of the start date – no refund will be processed.
No refund or credit will be provided to participants who fail to attend or complete the course.
4. Refunds for Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is made by mistake, please notify us at info@globalgrades.com

The duplicate amount will be refunded through the original payment method within 10 business days after verification and approval.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
All approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of approval by Global Grades.
Refunds will be made via the same mode of payment used for the original transaction.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be applicable under the following circumstances:
Accessing more than 15% of course materials or recorded content.
Course completion or certification already issued.
Non-attendance of live sessions or workshops.
Enrollment under discounted, group, or special promotional offers.
7. Force Majeure Clause
Global Grades will not be held responsible for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, network failures, government restrictions, or pandemic-related disruptions.
